Valentines Day 2012 Play "Citizens United"

One day at the mercury cafe during mid dance, the owner interrupted my dance to offer me an awesome opportunity. She liked my dancing and ask me and my friend Laurie if we wanted to do a dance scene in her valentines play. Of course we agreed. So the surprising part was, I just thought I would have a few lines and a cool dance. Well when we appeared at the first rehearsal the directer handed Laurie and I a 9 page script. It was intimidating to looked since I have never acted in a play before. The other surprising part was we had numerous kissing scenes. Not just any kisses but a full on tonsil hockey. Sounded awkward at first because Laurie is my good friend. We sucked it up and agreed to go all out. Laurie and I rehearsed our lines three times a week for the next month in a half. Before we know it we were spouting out our lines and acting out our scene flawlessly. We performed the play every week throughout the month of February. Everything went perfect and we did so well. I'd definitely do it again if asked.

My Big 3-0 Birthday

Wow I can't believe that I am already 30 years old. It only seems like yesterday when I got my first Nintendo on Christmas when I was 5. Thanks to all my friends who made my night the best birthday and thanks to Rockabillies Bar for providing a great venue. Lots of dancing, drinking, and great music. I couldn't ask for a better birthday. I couldn't ask for better friends. I love all of you.
